**Plant Manager**
**What you’ll do**:
Responsible for Profit & Loss of the Facility (P&L). Oversees the manufacturing process and teams. Works together with staff and top management to ensure products are manufactured to quality standards and adheres to other safety/industry-related regulations. Driving the company-wide continuous improvement effort to maximize safety, quality, reliability, and cost reduction of manufacturing. Accomplishing budget commitments, operating plans, and plant deployment objectives. Supporting the Mission, Vision, Values and Autoliv Key Behaviors through daily actions & decisions to become an effective agent of change. Ensuring environmental compliance and safety corporate goals are achieved.
