Connect the drywall sheets with masking tape and plaster. Repair cracks and other damage to plasterboard. Hide any exposed defects or irregularities on the surface of the drywall.

Pour putty or putty with trowel to create a flat surface. Sand rough wall areas to create a smooth surface. Glide the surface with a final coat of putty to prepare the finish for the job.

Manage and maintain all equipment needed for the job. Requirements Trade school diploma or proof of apprenticeship with a certified plasterer/mason. High School Diploma or GED.

One year experience as a plasterer or in a similar position. At least 1 year of experience as a drywall installer. Knowledge of various plastering techniques and materials.

Good communication and professional skills. Ability to work in teams sometimes outdoors in difficult climates. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
