Job Description
Work Flexibility: OnsiteOperate plastic processing equipment, including automatic and semi-automatic machines, to produce components that meet quality and production targets. Set up, start, and monitor machines following process sheets, manufacturing procedures, and supervisor instructions. Perform equipment and process setups, including tooling and die changes, to achieve required part dimensions and quality. Monitor machine parameters and make routine adjustments (temperature, pressure, speed) to ensure consistent output. Inspect parts using measuring tools and visual checks to verify compliance with dimensional and quality standards. Accurately record production data, scrap, process adjustments, and basic maintenance activities.
