**Job Title: Plumber (4th Year or Journeyperson) – Commercial New Build**

**Location:** South Edmonton

**Overview**

**Join a large commercial build installing copper, stainless, and grooved piping systems. Work at heights in a fast-paced, industrial construction environment alongside multiple trades.**

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Install and assemble copper, stainless, and grooved (Victaulic) piping systems
+ Perform boiler room and mechanical installations
+ Work with 4–6” pipe; cut, fit, and prep using hand/power tools (grinders)
+ Read blueprints and follow specifications
+ Work in small crews (2–3) and coordinate with trades
+ Maintain safety standards and report issues

**Requirements (Must-Have)**

+ 4th Year Apprentice or Journeyperson Plumber
+ 2+ years commercial construction experience
+ Experience with 4–6” pipe and grooved/Victaulic systems
