Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assess client requirements
- Configure systems in accordance with client plan designs and specifications.
- Conduct functional testing and troubleshoot developed or modified software.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end users and provide implementation support.
- Analyse client workflows and procedures, and recommend process improvements where appropriate.
- Collaborate with the Production Support, Product, and Engineering teams on system-related matters, including product enhancements and application issue resolution.
- Coordinate with Senior Implementers, Account/Client Managers, and cross-functional teams (e.g., IT and Operations) on client-specific requests, system enhancements, and process-related matters.
