About the role:
The Portfolio Finance – Practice Manager (VPS6) is a strategic Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) leadership role responsible for establishing an enterprise-wide project finance practice that strengthens financial governance, transparency and decision-making across Victoria Police. The role leads financial frameworks, assurance and portfolio oversight, working closely with the EPMO Director, practice managers and senior stakeholders to support prioritisation and value realisation. Key initiatives include financial assurance reviews for priority projects, portfolio performance reporting, and uplifting financial governance, tools and capability.
