Reporting to the Vice‑President, Housing & Client Services, the Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations and the portfolio team, ensuring that the organization’s Mission, Vision, Values and Quality of Life Philosophy are reflected in the delivery of services and the development and nurturing of relationships with residents, tenants, staff, families, and partner agencies.
