In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible to provide Daily Business Support for front‑middle office applications, projects and workflow development pertaining to CI’s compliance, Portfolio management and portfolio operations teams.

• Work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, and apply expertise in various product areas to deliver high quality service.
• Develop a strong proficiency with the investment applications being utilized for trading and portfolio management, and provide day‑to‑day support with a focus on continual improvement in dependability and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with compliance, portfolio managers, traders and operations to define the scope of new processes, projects and to document the associated workflows.
