Serpa Motor Sports Powersports & Marine is a fast‑growing, award‑winning dealership specializing in Yamaha, Honda, and Suzuki motorcycles, ATVs, side‑by‑side, WaveRunners, marine products, and more. We are seeking a driven, organized, and customer‑focused Sales Manager to help lead our high‑performance sales team and support our expanding dealership operations.
Position Overview
The Sales Manager will oversee all aspects of the retail sales process, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maximizing sales volume, profitability, and team performance.
