Drives implementation of actions resulting from suppliers' performances improvement programs (QDCIS) and Supplier Collaboration program; Executes the sourcing strategy at local level and is the interface with local suppliers, planning, site quality and R&D; departments; Acts as the key procurement interface with local stakeholders and first escalation interface to handle local supply issues. Manages local, plant specific suppliers and related SLAs. Supports Regional Procurement manager in IBP meetings, such as SOE and PMR. Supports Continuous Improvement projects; aiming to improve end-to-end processes in Procurement; interfacing with Integrated Supply Chain / quality / R&D; / integral Sourcing.
