Job Description
Join a collaborative team as a Registered Practical Nurse focused on quality care delivery. Provide essential support to patients in a non-acute rehabilitation environment.
This part-time, temporary position allows you to leverage your nursing skills to evaluate and improve patient health. Working alongside a dedicated team, you will engage in patient advocacy, ensuring that care plans are tailored to individual needs and responses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Showcase competencies in delivering quality patient care
• Evaluate complex patient health statuses accurately

Requirements:
• Unrestricted license with the College of Nurses of Ontario
