As a Practice Lead, you provide shape and content to the area together with the leadership team of the Software Development Microsoft & IBM area.
You lead a team of IBM & Cobol professionals by inspiring and facilitating them. This way you take responsibility and deliver value to customers and your practice of approximately 15-30 employees. You undertake and inspire from the content and thus build a financially healthy practice with your team. By developing solutions using IBM & Cobol technology, you and the team ensure that we can help customers accelerate even better.
