Responsibilities

• Provides pre‑sales resolution of all technical and process related issues, using appropriate escalation points when necessary.
• Consults with customers and the technology group to clarify and/or resolve problems, evaluate operational and performance requirements.
• Consults with customers concerning pre‑sales design, development and maintenance of products/services.
• Assists sales channel, field teams and customers with pre‑sales technical solutions.
• Responsible for knowledge transfer of advanced technical theory to target audiences.
• Communicates complex information and ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively to target audiences.
• Participates in product, solution or service training to maintain technical knowledge, active certification and competence.
• Assists in determining the feasibility of proposals, conferring with customers and technology group to clarify and/or resolve problems.
