Overview

The Presales Engineer is tasked primarily to provide pre‑sales technical support to customers by identifying their requirements and designing a commercially viable solution from within the company’s product portfolio. The role is responsible for supporting KL members of the sales team and channel partners in convincing customers about KL expertise and products, winning over competition, and performing POCs with positive feedback. The role is mostly concentrated on end customers but also involves channel support‑facing activities.
