Overview
As a Technical Account Manager, you play a critical part in our sales team, aiding the execution of industry-focused, prescriptive and value-driven sales strategies. You will develop business relationships with customers and prospects to form comprehensive expansion plans utilizing data-driven insights.
You will collaborate with customers to identify land and expand opportunities, crafting business cases that address their challenges using industry insights. You will lead the formulation of engagement strategies for qualified enterprise opportunities and develop strategic customer roadmaps pinpointing expansion opportunities within organizations.
Your responsibilities include creating technical/solution plans for SaaS or Hybrid SaaS which align with customers' business plans and conveying the benefits of these solutions to C-suite executives.
