Press Assistant Souderton, PA Shifts Available: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM 11:00 PM, MonFri), 3rd Shift (11:00 PM 7:00 AM, MonFri) Oversee press operation under the guidance of the Press Operator or Supervisor Prepare and execute press changeovers efficiently and accurately Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with production standards Train and support press assistants on operational procedures Perform preventative maintenance activities according to company protocols Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment Follow all safety protocols and report any safety-related issues immediately Maintain accurate records of quality, production, and waste Perform other duties as assigned to support press operations Requirements Previous experience in press operations or manufacturing preferred Ability to learn and follow operational and safety procedures Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, ability to work in team environment
