Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Reviews orders marked with price discrepancies in the document repository system (OnBase).
• Compares ERP system orders (Oracle) with the document repository system (OnBase) to ensure accurate prices are being invoiced, based on the DJO Sales Policy.
• Researches contract documentation to interpret contract terms, accurate pricing, and special pricing rules.
• Communicates with National Account Managers regarding pricing discrepancies that do not follow the DJO Sales Policy.
• Communicates pricing discrepancies to the sales organization, customer service, or customers.
• Educates the sales organization and order entry teams on recurring errors.
• Identifies GPO or IDN affiliation on accounts with no pricing in the ERP system.
• Updates ERP system pricing or facility contract affiliation when necessary.
