Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (ONA) (Job ID: 5922)

Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (PCNP) with specialized experience in obstetric care to join our interdisciplinary team. The PCNP – Obstetrics will play a vital role in managing comprehensive care for patients throughout the prenatal period, focusing on both maternal and fetal well‑being. This role involves collaborative practice with obstetricians, midwives, family physicians, and nursing staff in a clinic setting. You will be working with patients to provide care during the first and second trimesters of pregnancy at which point care will transfer to one of the obstetricians at WRHN @ Midtown. Patients may include families without primary care, new to Canada, or part of refugee or other equity‑deserving populations.
