Job Summary

Reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Primary Health Care, the mission of the Primary Health Care Integrated Services Network Manager is to implement a primary health care integrated services network (PHCISN) in the Bathurst region and Ville de Belle‑Baie. The Manager oversees the strategic direction and ensures optimal functioning of the PHCISN, coordinating administrative, operational and strategic activities in close cooperation with all directors, managers, heads of clinical services, physicians, community partners and stakeholders. The role directly manages the activities and staff of the PHC sector within the referral centre and integrated practice settings, and oversees operations of the collaborative and integrated practice facilities.
