About the Role
In this role you’ll be a part of the Evisort design team at Workday, where you’ll own and lead design and research on product initiatives in the Contract Workflow, Contracts AI, document intelligence and related areas.
Key responsibilities are:
Ship world class features with world class experiences to our customers, including for functionality that has no precedent and requires heavy imagination and innovation.
Deeply understand our customer and user base and design best-in-class solutions from first principles for any challenge we seek to solve.
Serve as the designer on product initiatives.
Rapidly design, build, and deploy prototypes, wireframes, and product designs.
Present, test and iterate on designs including incorporating internal and external user feedback.
Conduct and lead user research on your design initiatives.
