Are you a seasoned Agile leader, passionate about coaching teams and driving continuous improvement? We are looking for a Principal Scrum Master to mentor multiple development squads involved in a major policy management application modernization program. Your role will be to act as a facilitator and servant leader, guiding these cross-functional teams toward greater Agile maturity.

This is a 6-month contract based in Montreal, requiring an in-office presence of at least two days per week.
