The SEO & AI Optimization Strategist role will contribute to the transformation of Medtronic’s digital presence. The individual will help position Medtronic’s content for visibility within search results and AI‑powered search experiences.

SEO Strategy & Implementation

• Audit and optimize Medtronic’s global web properties for technical SEO, on‑page SEO, and content performance.
• Create standardized best practices across the Enterprise to ensure a robust foundation.
• Develop and implement scalable SEO strategies across brand projects, product lines, regions, and business units.
• Identify and resolve crawl issues, duplicate content, and site architecture inefficiencies.

AI Search Optimization
