About the Role

The purpose of this role is to provide technical expertise in project leadership during study phases in line with BHP standards and requirements, within budget, scope and schedule to assure value for organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in tactical activities which require expertise in project study phases.
• Monitor the study schedule, cost and scope, ensuring compliance with the approved business case, internal and external governance processes and Our Requirements and that deviations/risks are adequately communicated, managed and rectified.
• Define project objectives/schedules, identify critical activities, monitor the project plan/schedule and drive continuous improvement initiatives across projects at BHP.
• Support the Project Manager in preparing the investment case and coordinating the relevant gate governance processes (or any fund approval) in compliance with Our Requirements...
