Issue and maintain purchase orders and track delivery timelines. Review BOMs and artwork files for accuracy. Maintain procurement trackers and update order statuses. Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery. Escalate discrepancies related to BOMs, pricing, or artwork. Collaborate with internal teams (Graphics, AMs) to resolve order issues. Assist in inventory checks and component creation requests. Participate in daily team meetings to review pending orders and priorities.
