Project, Vendor and Digital Initiative Privacy Support

These responsibilities support privacy work arising from transformation initiatives, new projects, vendor onboarding, and change activities:

• Lead assigned Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) for low-to-moderate risk projects and vendors by collecting project and vendor information, identifying privacy risks, and documenting mitigation measures, under the guidance of the Senior Privacy Specialist.
• Provide privacy guidance to project teams and business partners during project planning and implementation activities, escalating complex matters as required.
• Review vendor privacy documentation and assess alignment with SE Health privacy requirements and elevate gaps and risks for senior review.
• Prepare briefing notes, summaries and presentation materials for internal stakeholders and project teams related to privacy requirements and assessments.
