Job Description
- Client relationship management responsibility for assigned clients to meet or exceed the clients' expectations in accordance with each client's contract and all promises and expectations set for the relationship, on behalf of both the clients and the Company.
- Providing financial planning services for a wide range of clients including cross-border U.S. and Canada planning.
- Coordinate with a Portfolio Manager to complete annual (at minimum) client portfolio management reviews which include the completion of Know Your Client (KYC) compliance documentation.
- Serve as the clients' liaison, team leader, and advocate within the organization and with outside providers to ensure that the clients' financial plans are implemented in accordance with the company’s client relationship standards, each plan's recommendations, and remain on track throughout all relationship phases with an emphasis on helping achieve the clients' goals and objectives.
