Job Description
Support the surgical team at BayCare as a Surgical Technologist First Assistant in the Main OR. Help surgeons perform operations with precision and care.
Located at St. Joseph's Main and Children's Hospital, this PRN role requires a proactive Surgical Technologist with a minimum of 3 years in surgical technology, or 2 years as a First Assistant. Ideal candidates will have strong organization, interpersonal, and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of medical terminology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance in maintaining surgical exposure and homeostasis
• Work alongside surgeons to ensure efficient operations
• Delegate tasks effectively within the surgical team
