At ROCKWOOL, we are looking for process operators who want to take control of the entire melting process at our furnace (melting temperature 1500 degrees Celsius). You will be responsible for managing all the necessary raw materials required to achieve the correct composition of the final stone wool product. This enables your Line Operator colleagues to produce a high-quality semi-finished or end product.

There is a lot involved in becoming a fully qualified process operator, or furnace operator. But don’t worry, you won’t be thrown in at the deep end. Instead, you’ll receive a good mix of guidance, knowledge transfer, and learning on the job!
