Purpose of Role:

To lead and oversee the successful delivery of process automation within Inchcape JLR across Poland, Baltic and Finland by managing cross-functional virtual teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and maintaining project governance. The role ensures timely, budget-compliant, and quality-driven execution of initiatives through effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders, proactive risk and scope management, and continuous improvement of project management practices. It also supports change management, ensures regulatory compliance, and serves as a key escalation point to remove barriers and contribute to digital transformation across the region.
