Process & Development Manager Position Objectives: The Process & Development Manager is responsible for establishing and managing a structured Process, Learning & Development function across IFS, covering both teaching and non-teaching staff. The role focuses on operationalising staff development through clear frameworks, governance, and measurable outcomes, while ensuring alignment with institutional priorities and workforce needs.
