Job Description
- Support process mapping, analysis, and documentation activities
- Identify improvement areas and propose actionable solutions
- Ensure processes are followed up and compliance is maintained across teams
- Track and report process metrics and performance indicators
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements
- Conduct as-is assessments to develop a clear understanding of current processes
- Identify pain points and opportunity areas, including potential benefits across different dimensions
- Support business and implementation teams throughout transformation and change management processes
- Document newly designed processes and customer journeys
