Job Description

PeopleCert is looking for a Procurement Assistant (General, IT & Facilities) to join the Procurement team. The role supports the efficient execution of procurement activities across a broad range of categories, ensuring timely purchasing, accurate documentation, and effective coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

As a Procurement Assistant, your tasks will include the following:

  • Support end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, supplier selection, contract coordination, and supplier performance tracking, across a wide range of categories such as general procurement (e.g. corporate vehicles, insurance, professional services including HR, Legal, Finance, Accounting, marketing and communication services, consultancy, office supplies), as well as IT (hardware, software, licenses) and facilities (maintenance, cleaning, utilities, office equipment).
