AG Care is a growing Canadian brand that creates healthy hair and skin products. We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support our procurement team and ensure the right inventory is available at the right time.

Responsibilities

Provide overall administrative support to the Procurement Department, taking ownership of purchase order maintenance, document control, price audits, and returns and credits. Your day will focus on ensuring orders move on time, details are up to date, and partners are informed.

Document Control

• Create, manage, and confirm purchase orders for packaging and ingredients.
• Use planning and project management tools to create, manage, and confirm artwork updates and purchase orders for labels and shippers.
• Ensure purchase order documents are accurate and up to date for receiving and accounts payable.
