Procurement Operations Team Lead

Location: Lisbon, Lisbon Metropolitan Area, Portugal

Core Responsibilities

Act as an operational lead overseeing global procurement processes, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and governance across the purchase‑to‑pay (P2P) lifecycle. Prioritize tasks, resolve escalations, maintain SOPs, mentor specialists, and drive KPI performance through collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Tasks

• Oversee PO lifecycle and supplier onboarding.
• Execute operational tasks during peak periods or escalations.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance to Global Lead, CoE & Procurement Operations.
• Maintain SOPs and ensure governance adherence.
• Liaise with Finance and Category Managers to resolve issues.
