Job Description
Procurement Specialist (Bilingual)
As a Procurement Specialist(Bilingual), you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process across a variety of projects. You will be autonomous and capable of managing end‑to‑end procurement processes, while ensuring effective communication and alignment with key stakeholders, such as the Project Management Office (PMO) and the engineering, legal, and finance teams. You will work closely with subcontractors, negotiate contracts, place purchase orders (POs), and support the engineering, planning, and project estimation teams. Additionally, you will monitor and report on subcontractor tender and project status to ensure that procurement activities align with overall project goals and timelines.
