Smartly.io is looking for a Product Analytics Manager to lead our Product Analytics team! Our product analytics team works with different parts of the organisation, spanning from Product Management and Design to Customer Success, Sales, Marketing and Finance. Our team develops scalable analytics solutions to questions ranging from product feature adoption to customer profitability and churn. We also work closely with our Data Engineering team to manage and develop our data assets.

We are seeking an experienced lead to guide the team and deepen Smartly’s data-driven culture. You’ll partner with stakeholders to focus on the highest-impact priorities, shape the conceptual and technical design of analytics solutions, and coach analysts to do their best work. You’ll also stay hands‑on with the data and build when it matters.
