Position Overview

Full‑time Product Development Manager (Private Brands) located in Langley, BC. Reports to the Senior Business Development Manager. Responsible for managing a business portfolio that delivers customer‑focused private‑brand product and program solutions, maximizing profitability through sales, marketing, merchandising, promotion, product development and package design.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted goals for area of accountability.
• Manage a portfolio of private‑brand programs and products that support the Build Value pillar of the Save‑On‑Foods strategy plan.
• Align with Merchandising Category Managers to develop private‑brand category business plans that include analysis of current share and penetration, optimal mix, shelf placement, promotional plans, pricing, and merchandising recommendations.
