About The Role

ShiftX is a real-time, AI-native process modeling tool that lets teams map workflows, customer journeys, and organizational processes in a visual canvas. You’ll own hard problems and shape your domain with autonomy, seeing ideas from conception through to production.

The Problems You’ll Work On

• Collaborative canvas at scale: Real‑time multiplayer editing on process graphs with hundreds of nodes, handling performance, state sync, and conflict resolution.
• AI‑powered process generation: Build production‑grade features that generate process maps from natural language and images, replacing manual modeling.
• Connecting process to architecture: Link ShiftX models to Ardoq’s system and data architecture, opening new product territory.
