1. Product Strategy and Vision – Where are we headed and why?

• Product Vision/ Strategy: Set the long-term vision/ strategic direction for the product, i.e., what’s our ‘north star’? What’s the purpose of the product or its business objectives? Why are these valuable? Must be informed by a deep understanding of RBC CM business needs.
