Flowserve is seeking a commercially driven, technically elite Product Leader to completely own and execute the worldwide strategy, roadmap, and profitability for an assigned downstream product portfolio, including all associated accessories and aftermarket offerings.

In this senior leadership seat, you will act as the ultimate business owner for your product line—balancing long-term 1-, 3-, and 5-year commercial roadmaps with daily cross-functional execution across Engineering/R&D, Sales, Global Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. Because these products are highly engineered and specialized, you will maintain deep technical application intimacy, regularly visiting customer sites and providing tactical sales and configuration support globally.
