Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

  • Work with our global teams to define and implement an AI driven claims handling experience.
  • Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams to design, build, launch, and iterate on products that are grounded in deep understanding of customer needs.
  • Define and measure adoption and business impact of market-leading product in the claims handling space.
  • Make tough prioritization decisions and maintain a balance between both the product roadmap and the need to hit a high-quality bar.

    • Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in product management at a commercial enterprise software company serving the B2B market. Insurance background is a plus.
  • Experience driving a discovery process including capturing data, analysis, forming a hypothesis, and testing.
