Reporting to the Product Manager, you will own Global Blue’s Customs Integration Platform, ensuring seamless integrations with customs authorities and external partners worldwide.

You will drive product features end to end — from idea and requirements to implementation and launch — while continuously enhancing existing capabilities and identifying new opportunities based on market and business insights.

Working within a dedicated SCRUM team, you will define priorities, set timelines, and represent the business perspective to ensure successful,high-quality delivery. With a strong mix of business and technical understanding, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Project Management, Business Units, and Commercial teams to turn strategy into execution.
