Product Owner – Event Management

We’re looking for a Product Owner to lead our Events product within the Private Member Club ecosystem. This role focuses on everything from club-hosted events (e.g., members-only 4th of July celebrations) to member/guest-hosted events (birthdays, weddings) and banquets. Your mandate: ensure our software delivers flawless planning and execution with accurate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), seamless online registration, tight coordination with F&B and Reservations, and clear communication for staff and members.

You’ll source and synthesize Voice of the Customer (VOC), conduct market research on best-of-breed event technologies, and translate those insights into a modern, club-specific product vision with clear milestones and success metrics.
