Job Description
- New Product Introduction (NPI): Partner with design and engineering teams to define quality criteria, create test plans, and ensure products meet specifications before mass production.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Investigate, analyze, and resolve failures in data center hardware (, racks, components) during integration and in the field, often using 8D methodology.
- Manufacturing Quality Assurance: Monitor production processes, conduct first article inspections, and implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) to ensure consistency.
