Position Description:

Responsible for providing first‑line functional support to ERP system (CGI Egeria) users in the financial and accounting area, delivered in Polish for Polish‑speaking users. The role includes analyzing incoming tickets, identifying root causes, explaining processes and system functionalities, and proposing solutions aligned with accounting principles. Supports users in daily operations, ensures data accuracy, and helps maintain smooth execution of financial processes within the system.
