**Production Analyst**:
As a Production Analyst, you are responsible for making it possible to allocate the right number of people, at the right time and with the right qualification.
**Challenges you will work on**:
In this exciting and dynamic role, you work both with demand calculations and the balance between staff and demand to ensure schedules which cover the operational needs. Keeping a close collaboration with colleagues within the planning process, managers and frontline staff is key to a successful delivery.
**The Team**:
Recourse management is a department responsible for planning our crew and ground handling staff. Ground Rostering is a function within the department responsible for rostering of all operational departments in SAS Ground Handling Sweden, Denmark, and Norway. Including Check in, Gate, Ramp, Baggage sorting, Ticket Office, Arrival Services etc. Our team is based at Arlanda, Gardermoen and Kastrup.
