**Job Description**

This position involves operating various equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently to assemble roof trusses for the home construction industry. The role requires reading and interpreting plans and blueprints and performing visual quality checks.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate equipment and hand tools to assemble wall panels, floor panels, and roof trusses.
+ Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
+ Assemble floors, roof trusses, and walls using supplied wood kits.
+ Apply nail plates and use hammers, nail guns, and other tools to set up and assemble wood.
+ Perform visual quality checks to ensure accurate assembly.

**Essential Skills**
