The production coordinator is responsible for ensuring quality assurance on all of Company’s Services and products. This entails a range of oversight and work including planning, scheduling, directing and executing production related tasks for maximum performance of projects and services. The production coordinator reports directly to the Production Supervisor.
Responsibilities
Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge on all of Rise Media's products and services when dealing with customers.
Timely and well written response for orders placed via e-mail and over the phone, while communicating with appropriate service departments.
Follow up and coordinate resolutions of booking requests and/or production related queries with the sales department.
Track customer correspondence and refer to staff guidelines for non-routine items slash requests.
