SUMMARY

This role will assist the Production Supervisor with the supervision of all production and compounding efforts during assigned shift to ensure we meet Operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met and to implement continuous improvement plans related to efficiency, quality and talent development.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Promote and maintain a clean and safe work environment, conduct safety checks, report near misses, and identify hazards for corrective/preventive (CAPA) actions
