Title: Production Manager

Status: Full-Time, Permanent
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and entrepreneurial Production Manager to play a key role in establishing and growing our North American operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Facility Development
• Establish and organize warehouse operations
• Set up and structure the production department
• Develop and implement production processes and workflows
• Support the procurement of production equipment and tools
• Implement quality assurance and workplace safety standards
• Help establish the organizational structure of the new facility
Manufacturing Operations
• Actively participate in production during the start-up phase
• Assemble and test machines and freshwater stations
